Hi, I’m Harel Kramer, and I’m proud to be a part of the Hait Family Law Firm.
In addition to being a certified lawyer, I’m also a certified accountant, mediator, and I am authorized to prepare Continuing Power of Attorney documents, bringing a well-rounded perspective to my practice.
Family law is my passion because it allows me to support families during challenging times, always prioritizing the best interests of the children. I believe it’s essential to minimize disputes between couples and help them understand that even when spouses separate, the family remains a family.

Shalom, I’m Osnat Baranes, a member of the legal team at Hait Family Law.
Before transitioning to law, I completed my Ph.D. in science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and conducted research in neurophysiology. Today, I specialize in family law, holding both a master’s degree in law and a mediator’s certificate. I’m also authorized to prepare continuing powers of attorney.
My passion for family law comes from a desire to support families in their most challenging times, my goal is to find the best solution for parents while minimizing harm to children. I strive to resolve disputes outside the courtroom, helping families manage crises while minimizing harm and maintaining the family as a family, even if in a different form.
Hait Family Law primarily caters to English-speaking clients, but not exclusively. Our advantage over other firms is the personal treatment of each client, care, empathy, and prompt professional response, as well as expertise in a wide range of areas related to family law.
